Version 1: Destructured Caramel Delight

Ingredients:

  • Traiteur de Paris Caramel Delight
  • Bourbon vanilla ice cream
  • Thin bar of dark chocolate
  • Melted dark chocolate

Recipe steps:

  1. Defrost the Caramel Delight 2 hours in advance
  2. Cut the dessert into 4 quarters
  3. Brush the plate with a wide stroke of dark chocolate
  4. Place the first quarter on the plate, then alternate with a shard of dark chocolate
  5. Repeat with the remaining quarters
  6. Finish the presentation with a quenelle of vanilla ice cream

Version 2: Polka dot Caramel Delight

Ingredients:

  • Traiteur de Paris Caramel Delight
  • White chocolate mousse
  • Salted butter caramel (Salidou)
  • Small disks of milk chocolate

Recipe steps:

  1. Defrost the Caramel Delight 2 hours in advance
  2. Place the dessert in the centre of the plate
  3. Create a diagonal line of peaks of chantilly cream in various sizes
  4. Add small dots of caramel
  5. Place a few milk chocolate disks vertically

Version 3: Caramel Delight with simple elegance

Ingredients:

  • Traiteur de Paris Caramel Delight
  • Salted butter caramel (Salidou)
  • Bourbon vanilla ice cream

Recipe steps:

  1. Defrost the Caramel Delight 2 hours in advance
  2. Place the dessert in the centre of a shallow bowl
  3. Warm the caramel
  4. Drizzle it around the dessert
  5. Place a quenelle of Bourbon vanilla ice cream on the side of the dish
  6. Sprinkle the quenelle with dark chocolate shards
