  • Home-made chantilly cream with a dash of mascarpone

  • Shard of chocolate bar
  • Chocolate sauce

Recipe steps:

  1. Place the Traiteur de Paris Chocolate Cheesecake in a shallow bowl
  2. Slide 1 bag of whipped ganache and one bag of thick chantilly cream together into a 3rd piping bag
  3. Cut the three bags at an angle
  4. Pipe a two-tone ribbon
  5. Decorate with a shard of broken chocolate and chocolate balls
  6. Pour chocolate sauce around the dessert
