Recipe steps:

  1. Defrost the Dulce de Leche for 2 minutes in advance
  2. Place the dessert in the centre of a plate
  3. Pipe 3 peaks of chocolate mousse using a pastry bag
  4. Alternate with dots of caramel
  5. Place the pieces of rippled caramel on the chocolate mousse

  • Traiteur de Paris Crumble
  • Dulce de leche jelly cubes
  • Chocolate mousse
  • Thin sheets of white chocolate

Recipe steps:

  1. Defrost the Dulce de Leche for 2 minutes in advance
  2. Place the dessert in the centre of a plate
  3. Create 2 decorative lines, alternating peaks of chocolate mousse with dulce de leche jelly cubes
  4. Sprinkle with crumble
  5. Place the shards of white chocolate on the peaks of chocolate mousse

Version 3: Dulce de Leche frozen parfait with milk froth

Ingredients:

  • Traiteur de Paris Dulce de Leche
  • Isigny caramel shards
  • Milk frothed with a blender

Recipe steps:

  1. Defrost the Dulce de Leche for 2 minutes in advance
  2. Spoon the milk froth in the centre of the plate
  3. Place the dessert on the milk froth
  4. Decorate with Isigny caramel shards
