All our recipes are created by our Head Pastry Chef Yann Le Moal and his teams in our La Guerche de Bretagne and Fécamp plants. The brand has become a reference for the supply of outstanding desserts.

Our range of delicacies features about ten references of petits fours trays based on renowned standard French recipes : Mont-blanc, Financier, Tatin, mocha, chocolate tartlet, lemon curd tartlet, Saint-Honoré, mini-eclairs, Opera, macaroons, small puff choux, mini cupcakes, cheesecake, etc.
Our range of desserts includes more than 25 varieties: chocolate fondant, many different entremets (chocolate, caramel, lemon, panna cotta…), Charlotte, Tiramisu, Opera, fine apple tart, Tatin tart, and our inimitable cheesecake. Finally, Traiteur de Paris also offers a range of culinary aids to help produce swiftly desserts such as ready-to-thaw crumble, mini Financier bases, mini Rum Babas…
