Almond financier cake base
Almond Financier Cake Bases come ready to use when you are making your “homemade” petits fours. They adapt to a whole range of uses such as cocktail party buffets, gourmet coffee breaks, mid-meeting breaks and even on dessert skewers with fresh fruit.
They are made using natural ingredients (flour, eggs, sugar, butter, cream and ground almonds) with a pure butter recipe. These little cakes are guaranteed to be free of artificial colours, preservatives and flavour enhancers.
Almond Financier Cake Bases are arranged on a refined black tray to save you time and you can combine them with plenty of flavours, which means you can let your creativity run wild when making your mini desserts.
A chocolate version of this cake base is also available so you can enjoy a variety of flavours.

Storage instructions after defrosting
After thawing, keep Almond financier cake base for 24 hours maximum between 0 and 4°C. When products are defrosted, never refreeze them.
