Lemon meringue pie

Our lemon meringue pie features a crunchy all-butter shortbread base, a citrus cream mix infused with Sicilian lemon juice and a light, frothy Italian meringue, all of which provide the palate with a delightful mix of textures.

This dessert brings a deliciously tart note to your dessert menu.

It is particularly well-suited to coffee shops, but is also a welcome addition to dessert buffets or more traditional catering ranges.

For ease of handling, this tasty dessert is pre-cut into 12 portions.

To make it look even more delicious, our Chefs suggest browning the meringue with a blowtorch or decorating it with orange and lemon zest, or flaked almonds.

To use

Before defrosting the product, remove the plastic film and push it out from the mould.
Leave to defrost at +4°C for 6 hours.
