Mini canelé cakes

Traiteur de Paris’ Mini Canelé Cakes have a classic canelé shape and gourmet flavour with rum and vanilla aromas.

As per the traditional recipe, the mix is placed in a fluted mould before baking, giving it a fine caramelised outside, a soft, tender middle and a gorgeous texture on the palate.

This mini dessert can be eaten hot or cold, at breakfast, during tea and coffee breaks with other sweet treats or as a dessert.

Mini Canelés are guaranteed to be free of preservatives, artificial colours and flavour enhancers.

To use

Leave to defrost 1 hour between 0 and 4°C then leave 10 min minimum at room temperature before serving. Alternatively, bake from frozen in a hot traditional oven for 10 min at 250°C (Th 8). Leave to cool before serving.
