Mushroom flan

Mushroom Flan is made using a traditional flan mix (cream, milk and eggs) with real white mushrooms and chives specially added.

This creamy, mushroom-rich flan is the ideal side dish for meats, poultry or fish.

Because this product is presented and provided in individual portions, it is easy to use and plate up, but it also saves on wastage and allows you to manage portion costs.

Mushroom Flans are guaranteed to be free of artificial colours, preservatives and flavour enhancers.

To use

Remove outer plastic film. Then, in a pre-heated oven, place Mushroom flan for 22 min at 150°C.

After thawing, keep Mushroom flan between 0 and 4°C for 24 hours maximum. Do not refreeze thawed food.
