To use

Remove product by pushing out from under the mold. Remove the protective plastic film. Defrost for 4 h at 4°C before serving.

Put your Truffon in the centre of a plate then decorate it with a few little dots of chocolate or caramel presented in a ring around the dessert. You can also serve it in a flat-bottomed glass for a contemporary look.
