Recipe Steps
Step 1
Reheat the waffle in a professional oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.
Step 2
Place your waffle in the center of the plate and carefully place a quenelle of fromage frais in
the center of your waffle.
Step 3
Then harmoniously add a thin slice of smoked salmon heart, a slice of asparagus, small slices of radish and a slice of carrot on top.
Step 4
Finish by decorating the plate with edible flowers, radish slices and a drizzle of olive oil.
