  • Supremed ugli fruit segments
  • Supremed grapefruit
  • Supremed lime
  • Supremed orange
  • Kumquat rounds
  • Lime zest
  • Lemon coulis
  • Pistachio powder

  1. Place the Traiteur de Paris Lemon Slice in the centre of the plate
  2. Cover with the white chocolate lace
  3. Decorate alternating fruit segments (grapefruit, lime, orange, kumquat)
  4. Dust with powdered pistachio
  5. Dot the plate with lemon coulis

  • Supremed ugli fruit segments
  • Supremed grapefruit
  • Supremed lime
  • Supremed orange
  • Kumquat rounds
  • Lime zest

Recipe steps:

  1. Place the Traiteur de Paris Lemon Slice in the centre of the plate
  2. Cover the dessert with Italian meringue forming a wave shape
  3. Decorate the two ends of the plate with meringue
  4. Flambé the meringue
  5. Decorate alternating fruit segments (grapefruit, lime, orange, kumquat)
  6. Dust with powdered pistachio
