Recipe steps
Step 1
Heat the potato waffle in a conventional oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Arrange your waffle with 1 spoonful of burger sauce and 1 slice of cheddar cheese on a baking sheet.
Step 3
Cook and season the steak, then place it on your cheddar. Then repeat the previous step.
Step 4
Finish with a few grilled zucchini pickles, caramelized onions and arugula leaves.
Step 5
Cover with the 2nd waffle and reheat in the oven for 2 minutes before serving.
Chef's tip
For a vegetarian option, replace the beef steak with a veggie steak.
