Recipe Steps

Step 1

Arrange the dessert in the middle of the plate.

Step 2

Place a slice of candied orange and candied kumquats on top.

Step 3

 Finish the decoration with a few zests of lime and an edible flower (e.g. borage).

Chef’s tip

Do not boil the syrup to keep the Kumquats whole. If you wish, you can add a vanilla pod to the syrup.
