Traiteur de Paris’s Chocolate Cake Bases are presented on a tray to make them even easier to use. To make “homemade” petits fours, all you need do is add a little something of your choice to the mini cakes as they rest on their tray.

These Chocolate Cakes are made using a classic gourmet recipe with plenty of 58% cocoa dark chocolate to create an intense flavour that goes well with various other ingredients.

Chocolate Cake Bases go well with a dash of mascarpone sprinkled with cocoa and pinch of sugar. For fruit recipes, use a whole raspberry and a white chocolate cup instead of mascarpone, then sprinkle them with chopped pistachio.
