Grated coconut has been delicately sprinkled by hand across the top to finish.

This easy-to-handle dessert comes in 12 pre-cut portions for effortless service. It is suitable for snack ranges and takeaway outlets, but can also be plated up with a mango carpaccio or a scoop of coconut ice cream, or included in a tray meal.

To use

Before defrosting the product, remove the plastic film and push it out from the mould.
Leave to defrost at +4°C for 6 hours.
